Absolutely percent delicious!! First time I've actually been to a Surcheros and wow! Everything is fresh and delicious. My only critique is they need to maintain the dinning area a bit better literally every booth had a dirty table so we sat at a table with chairs that was clean. Other than that I totally recommend it the food is amazing! Like a subway of burritos!!
My husband and I love eating here! It is one of my favorite places in town. They are a bit pricey for a fast food place, but I think the portions are worth it. My meal this trip included a quesadilla, cheese dip, chips, salsa, and a drink. The total was a little over 11. The staff are helpful and friendly. I think the dining room could be a bit more tidy, but it was during the lunch rush so that could have been a factor. All in all, I will definitely eat here again and recommend it to anyone.
Since moving here I’ve been looking for a healthy alternative to fast food and I’d say this is it. I even like it better than chipotle!

I just wanted to take a second to thank and praise the staff here! I’m very big on seeing people for the humans they are, and am not oblivious to the fact none of us are perfect. Even with this in mind, I’ve never had a negative experience here and sometimes on a day that wasn’t the best this is literally where I’ll come for comfort food. I’d like to commend specifically Lindsay, Kaylee, Hunter, & the other 2 boys who’re usually on day shift whose names I don’t know :(. (One I do know is in the Albany State band) The worst it’s ever gotten was a long wait time, but again I’m not oblivious to the fact that things literally happen and that’s okay! Even near closing time, I’ve never felt rushed to get in and out of line, and in times I was hesitant to ask for something further, I’ve never gotten a nasty reaction to my request. On the outside looking in it just always seems to me like a bunch of people just trying to get by, and that alone I’d like to send some love their way for!! Thank you for being here 3
Went here for the first time craving good Tex Mex since I got here a couple weeks ago and this place did not disappoint. I got a steak burrito bowl and my hubby got a grilled chicken burrito in a chipotle tortilla! The options are endless here with the option to have your veggies grilled if you’d like. Customer service was good they all seemed a bit annoyed that it was slow but other than that it was all good and they made sure everything was how we wanted it! Definitely my new spot in Albany!!! Oh and their punch with ACV in it is enough sweetness to curve sweet cravings but healthy enough to get a refill.
Staff was great. Food was decent only because they didn't have a many selections as Chipotle
Surcheros is my favorite restaurant!! Besides the layout and long wait times, everything is great. I got blessed with this bowl yesterday and wish they all looked like this! Overall 9 out of 10!!
